Tell them: We don’t want to have to answer to punks, hooligans, minors, and immature adults.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed legislation last week authorizing 15 more general liquor licenses — an almost 25 percent increase — in Napa County.

First it begins with glamorized wine tasting, touched with the connoiseur of class. Then it progresses into alcoholism.  And, then we have divorces and crime related activity. That means more revenue for the attorneys and courts.

Alcoholics get to control the economy with rapid employee/neighborhood turnover. Thus, control for the environment means no one gets to make over a certain amount of money. The longer you can be held in the lower class bracket with jail, prison, rehabs, psychotherapy, classes… the more revenue is generated for the vicious cycle of madness.

Alcoholics don’t care. Tossed cigarettes, littering, provoked fights, graffitti,  thefts, robberies…all bring in city revenue when you have to spend most of your lower-middle class income on crime gadgets from China…i.e. TV/Video surveillance, audio tape recorders, the maintenance of vicious dogs, consumed time, advertisements, private patrols, house and car alarms, special night lights, security control equip, self defense mechanisms, body guards, security guards, 911 operations systems, additional police personnel, anti-sexual disease mechanisms, health and medical related diagnoses…

Without wine we would have smarter people who would do the right thing like the unlawful enemy combatant, Leona Helmsley who left her entire fortune to her pet dog.  Without alcoholics the rich would become richer and the poor would be rich. And, that would be no fun for the psychopaths who lead and run our nation. Yep. You can count on Schwarzenegger. He knows his priorities.
